Scope of works
Heating pipework renovation and leak detection
Renovation of the heating distribution pipework serving the staff accommodation, followed by the installation of a leak detection system over the renewed network. Works are phased so that heating service to the occupied blocks is maintained throughout.
- Removal of the existing heating distribution pipework and fittings
- New pipework, insulation and supports on the renewed distribution lines
- Leak detection cabling and sensors along the distribution routes
- Detection panel, addressing and alarm configuration
- Pressure testing, flushing, balancing and commissioning
