04 — How we work

From survey to handover

Six stages, one team — the same engineers follow a project from the first site survey to the handover file.

  1. 01

    Survey and engineering design

    Architectural and structural drawings are reviewed; heating and cooling loads, flow rates and power demand are calculated, equipment is selected and the installation drawings are prepared.

  2. 02

    Coordination modelling

    Mechanical, electrical and low-current routes are brought together in a single three-dimensional model. Clashes with other disciplines are resolved before they reach site and the approved fabrication drawings are issued.

  3. 03

    Procurement

    Equipment and materials that meet the specification are selected, suppliers are evaluated, and ordering, import and the site delivery schedule are managed.

  4. 04

    Site installation

    Installation is carried out by our own crews, with fabrication checks, programme and safety follow-up, and progress reporting throughout.

  5. 05

    Testing and commissioning

    Systems are tested, adjusted and balanced, and their performance is verified against the design values before the building is put into use.

  6. 06

    Handover

    As-built drawings, O&M manuals and test records are handed over as one file; the operating team is trained and the systems pass into the warranty period.
